Yeah, might as well.
Lavender: Same. To be fair, I've never been that big on Lavender and since she was the first boot, I didn't have much to go on. She did get screwed over by Eddie, though.
VayVay: Same. I swear made VayVay the second boot just to troll everyone who called her being the first to go. She was pretty "meh" otherwise.
Irene: Better. Went from a bland, vaguely uncomfortable side-character to an interesting, if still somewhat unlikable side-character who in turn helped King Spider start his winner's story.
Zed: Worse. While not too interesting, Zed was a decent straight man to the craziness of Letterama. Here, he was a boring and vaguely douchey non-entity.
Eleanor: Same. Her whole role was just to be Jimmy's confident. Shame, since she had lots of potential.
Lankston: Worse. You know how in Letterama Lankston was an interesting and fun villain-turned-antihero who was brutally robbed? Well, apparently he doesn't since he was just an annoying and boring gamebot who totally wasted his second chance.
Tabitha: Same. Meh? I mean, everyone and their mother knew she was leaving early after being the star of the first two stories, but you'd think Cragmite's original Big Bad would get a more respectful edit.
Quarla: Better. She felt more like an actual character than just a female Kasimar this time, and unlike a lot of the villains this season, she doesn't get a quasi-redemption arc, which is greatly appreciated.
Paul: Worse. Y'know, what did the Letterama men do to deserve getting the shaft in terms of characterization this season? Paul went from a sympathetic and likable supporting protagonist to yet another gamebotting asshole. Yes, a change that was so needed.
Jimmy: Holding off on him, as his character arc isn't finished yet (despite being eliminated). Probably will get a green, though.
Raven: Worse. Most boring bore to ever bore. Like, what did she even add to the season? I was really looking forward to her, but now I wish someone better had her spot instead.
